Handling:
Each piece is handmade and should be treated appropriately. Please handle carefully and store flat in a safe place. Metals may tarnish if over exposed to air and chemicals.
Return Policy:
Costumer satisfaction is very important to us. If for some reason you are unsatisfied, you can exchange your unworn jewelry within 7 days of your receipt of order. To exchange an item, please email jewelry@jaclynmayer.com within seven days of receiving your order, and include your invoice number. Jewelry must be returned in its original packaging before an exchange can be made. Please insure any returns when re-shipping. We cannot be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. All shipping fees are non-refundable. In the event that your item becomes damaged, we will repair it free of charge within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we will repair jewelry for a materials and shipping fee.
Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at jewelry@jaclynmayer.com. You can change your order up to 24 hours once it's been placed.

Shipping:
Many works are made to order or are limited editions. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. A $10 shipping and handling fee will be added to each order. If for any reason a speedier delivery is necessary, please contact jewelry@jaclynmayer.com and we will try to accommodate your needs. We will email you once your order has been shipped with the expected delivery day. New York State sales tax will automatically be added to orders placed within New York State.
